Dear Chris and Friends,

We trust that all is well with you all. At Edgel Mission we are doing fine. Because of your continued support, we continue to minister to the less fortunate children in Nakuru. This week we come to the end of the second term in the academic calendar. All 123 boys and girls will have a two-week break from the usual academic routine. The children are excited they will now have the opportunity to engage in other core activities other than academics. Usually, it is the most busy time for us at Edgel Mission, because we have a lot of activities lined up for the children. In the first week, we will have a VBC (Vocational Bible School) followed by Talent-building and Development program in the second week. Other than the 123 children in our program, we expect an additional of approximately 150. Usually, the children in our program tag along with their siblings each morning so that they can have meals at our facility. This means that in the next two weeks, we will prepare twice as much food as we give each day. Usually, we would be anxious about the prospect of feeding a huge population. However, we are not any nervous because this month we received from you some extra amount which has enabled us to buy all the extra food we need to feed all the children and their siblings.

There are not enough words to express what your support means to us. Thank you for choosing to support our cause. Thank you for your time, energy, and the resources you give to help our organization thrive and make a positive difference in the lives of needy children in Nakuru slums. The impact that your support brings to us is priceless. Edgel Mission would not be where it is today without the continued generosity of people like you. May our heavenly father richly bless you all.

Blessings,

In aid of EDGeL Mission. (EQUIPPING DEPENDENT GENERATION for LIFE)
